Just caught up with AniMayDay entries. I was a little confused why the first entry had the Going Merry as the image placeholder but I eventually shrugged it off. I've had the (dis)pleasure of watching three of those four and I know where you reviewers are coming from.

Totally agree with Kate on Tetsujin-28 '04. Slow start into an addicting narrative. The protagonist is a manly man.

Speaking of manly men, JJBA! I was particularly happy to hear about Alain reading this one. I recommend this one to my friends and just about anyone that would appreciate a FABULOUS battle experience.

I read the first chapter of Kingyo Used Books in B&N just this last weekend. It seemed quirky enough for me to continue reading it but I'm not sure if it can remain fresh for more than just a few volumes. However, I like just about everything from the SigIkki line, so I'm not too worried about that. I flipped through the volume and noticed that section in the back with the manga info but didn't read through it. I assume it's very thorough and chock full of information to hook the readers. The Bartender parallel is quite good, now that you guys mentioned it.

Looking forward to hearing about Code Geass. I genuinely enjoyed the series for all the ups and downs it had. I think I may even be somewhat excited for the upcoming sequel (but really a prequel) -- I'll comment more on this when the next podcast is out.

Oh yeah, the Going Merry thing was probably not a great idea, but I was trying to go with the "Mayday" theme, so it was a boat... Yeah, didn't quite work out as planned apparently.

Glad you enjoyed the episode. No promises, but the Geass one should be up next Tuesday if all goes well.

I just remembers to look up the ultra authentic names of the vampires from Part 2 of Jojo's Bizarre adventure. They are:

Santana
Wham
Cars and most importantly
AC\DC

I will let you chew that one over in your head.
