Hey, by any chance do you guys like free stuff? Oh, you do! Well, how would you like a free copy of Soul Eater, the new action anime from FUNimation Entertainment? Fortunately for you, Ani-Gamers reviewer Ink has just finished watching Soul Eater, Part 1 for review, and we will be sending his DVDs out to one lucky Ani-Gamers reader.
How do you enter? Just drop us a comment on this post letting us know your e-mail address and the name of your favorite character from a shōnen action series, and we'll pick a random winner from all of the commenters. It doesn't even have to be a character from Soul Eater — you could pick somebody from Dragonball, Naruto, Fist of the North Star, or any other show, as long as it is a shōnen action. Good luck!

Well, it looks like I forgot to mention a deadline. I'll add that in right now.
Anyway, for the sake of conversation, I'll throw my opinion in here. Of course, Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star is high on the list for being so goddamn awesome. However, I'm also a big fan of Vegeta from DBZ. His rivalry with Goku always seemed so compelling to me, considering how often he is frustrated by being one step behind Goku. Yeah, it's a simple trope that's been done a million times before, but I always loved its implementation in Dragonball.
I will be a bit different and pick Misao Makimachi from Rurouni Kenshin. I love her spunky attitude and her positive spirit. Plus she is a Kunoichi and that is work like 100 bonus points.
The fact that she is majorly cute is a double extra bonus.
Ineligibility sucks. All the same, I'd have to say Afro, from Afro Samurai. I dig the emotionally crippled and hell-bent.
@Ink: It helps that he fights a friggin' ROBOT VERSION OF HIMSELF WHILE FALLING THROUGH THE CLOUDS. I almost bought that show for about 10 or 15 bucks at Genericon this weekend.
