Comments system fixed

Just a quick note for regular readers here. When I recently did a check on our comment system, I found that it had been mixed up by our new layout for a while, and it was difficult to use in anything but Firefox. I went in and fixed it yesterday (and also got rid of that annoying CAPTCHA), so it should be working fine now.
