Puzzle Quest Expansion Coming to XBLA

Gamasutra has reported that an expansion to the insanely addicting Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords for XBLA will be arriving this Wednesday, July 23^rd. Following a recent price drop of the original title, the new expansion, titled Revenge of the Plague Lord, will feature several new additions to the game.

Included are four new classes, Bard, Rogue, Ranger and Warlock, which will bring with them a total of 50 new spells and 40 new items. A new area of the map has also been announced called “Southern Map." It will have 25 new quests as well as new monsters and bosses.

A raised level cap (you can level up to 60 now) and three new achievements finish off the long list of new content included with this release. Expect your virtual wallets to be 700 space bucks lighter when this exclusive release hits on Wednesday.
